Payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA), company or personal check. Ch eques should be made payable to the “ University of Ulster ” and crossed. Cheques can only be accepted if in Sterling or Sterling Draft . No registrations will be accepted over the phone. Forms received without payment will not be processed.

On-site registrants will pay late registration fees. Forms of payment accepted on site: credit cards (MasterCard, VISA), company and personal checks (in Sterling ), and cash. American Express credit card is not accepted. Written requests for refunds must be received at the above address before 22 July. Refunds are subject to a £30 processing fee. Where cancellations are received less than 7 days before the commencement of the conference, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

Registration Fees

Full Conference Registration includes a copy of the conference and workshops proceedings, admission to all technical sessions (papers, posters, workshops, and Industry Day), coffee-breaks, a conference banquet and reception.

Student Discounts
To qualify for discounted registration rates, students must include a copy of their valid student cards, with the registration form.

Optional events
The conference will host an optional event for attendees on the Sunday evening before the main conference:
