Registration

When registering for ICCBR, please have in mind the following aspects:

• One author of each accepted paper must register for the conference. Any type of registration suffices — even a student or Doctoral Consortium (DC) student registration.
• Students attending the DC only need to register for the DC to attend the full conference. Students should only register in this way if they have been accepted into the DC.
• Our Registration Server only accept payments by either credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express) or PayPal. If this is impossible, please contact the local chair.

• Full Early (before Aug 18, 2015): Full early registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 290€
• Full Late (on or after Aug 18, 2015): Full late registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 340€
• Student Early (before Aug 18, 2015): Full early registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 120€
• Student Late (on or after Aug 18, 2015): Full late registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 170€
• Early Doctoral Consortium Student (deadline tba): Early doctoral consortium registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 70€
• Late Doctoral Consortium (on or after deadline tba): Late doctoral consortium registration (includes attendance over all three days, conference pack, welcome reception, conference dinner) 120€
• Early Workshop (before Aug 18, 2015): Early workshop registration (includes attendance on workshop day and welcome reception) 120€
• Late Workshop (on or after Aug 18, 2015): Late workshop registration (includes attendance on workshop day and welcome reception) 170€

Students: Please supply valid student ID number in the 'Remark of Participant' or ask your supervisor to send a confirmation by e-mail to Jenny Quasten (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Dietary Restrictions: Please include any dietary restrictions in the 'Remark of Participant'.

Participants have to confirm the registration terms on the last page of the registration process.
Current terms:
The registration of participation is binding.
If you have to cancel the registration, you get 90% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
